Over the last 14 years, after moving from the Sales to the lettings sector, I work safely in the knowledge that I have built up a good reputation in the City.

The service I offer to you can be tailor made to your requirements and I find that a 60 minute, no obligation, appointment on site at your property, gives you all you need to know about Clifford’s and how we can work together to let your property.

Generally my management fee works at 7.5% with No VAT and there are no hidden costs. I do not currently charge for inspections, contract renewals or check outs.

Rent 365 days a year  - Keeping voids to a minimum.

We’ll inspect your property between month 3 and 4 of every 6 month tenancy. By keeping on the ball with these appointments we can keep rental voids to a minimum, renewing current tenants contracts well ahead of time or re-marketing your property when we know an occupant wishes to vacate.
