It is really important for all the properties we manage to be kept to a high standard.

By getting problems rectified quickly, damage to your property and inconvenience to your tenant is kept to a minimum.

We have a whole range of insured, polite, fully trained contractors available to work on your property.

However, we are more than happy for you to complete maintenance issues yourself or perhaps you have your own tradesmen who are familiar with your property whom you prefer to use.

Inspect, quotation, completion of works, inspection, payment.

Any maintenance issues reported to us by your tenant will be inspect by us first. If a contractor needs to be instructed, we’ll get a quote for your approval first and once authorised by you, get these works completed asap.

Works can be inspected by yourself or us before payment. Generally invoices can be deducted from your rent or sent to you directly for settlement if you prefer.
