Flexible viewing times

We know it's difficult to take time out. Early, late night and weekend viewings are all part and parcel of our job, call to make arrangements. All we ask is that you and your whole group conduct viewings at the same time.

Reasonable fees

As of 01.09.2011 our agency fees are £195 per person (no vat)

We don't charge for contract renewals or check outs

Generally all our clients are looking for fully employed applicants prepared to pay one one month's rent in advance and a deposit of 6 weeks.

Pets

We are pro- pets, as we believe those who have a pet show responsibility through that ownership.

A bigger deposit may be required but where are Clients are happy to, we'll try our best to help you.

Part of your deposit may be withheld for 30days after your eventual vacation with us, in case  pest control costs

are incurred.
